Search Engine Giant Google had announced today morning that it is going to acquire Motorola mobility for $12.5 billion.Google had made an open offer to Motorola that it is going to pay $40 per share in full cash.Motorola is a mobile phone maker giant and it is one of the manufacturer of mobile phones with Google’s android operating system.Google said in a statement “will enable Google to supercharge the Android ecosystem”.Google also said that “Android will be an open platform and Motorola will be run as an separate business”.
