Facebook does not have certification process to label a Facebook page as an Official page.You can easily edit the page name to call it an official page.

The main reason to label a page as an official page is to put similar pages for the product, organization and the service has been created by non authorized Facebook users.Firstly visit the Facebook and log in to your account.Now click the account button and select use as page.Click to switch to the page of your choice as an official page.

Click to edit the page and on basic information on sidebar.Now click on the name field to edit and write official page by following the Facebook page name.Click to save changes.
